Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all training programs and coaching sessions offered by PathCore Market Academy. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Workshop programs

Cancellation by student

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit.
• 7–14 days before start: 50% refund of total program fee. Deposit is non-refundable in this window if it exceeds 50% of the fee.
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the program.

Cancellation by the Academy

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort with fewer than the minimum enrolled students, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available date at no additional cost.

Chart review coaching

• More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 48 hours before appointment: No refund, but one free reschedule is permitted per four-session bundle.
• No-show: Session is forfeited with no refund.

Combined packages

If you purchased a combined Structure Masterclass and Session Mapping package, refunds are calculated based on which components have been delivered. If neither program has started, the full package price is refunded. If one program is completed, the refund equals the package price minus the individual fee of the completed program.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already shipped or collected
• Coaching sessions already conducted
• Deposit amounts when cancellation falls within the 7–14 day window and the deposit exceeds the partial refund amount

Refund process

Email info@hub-pathcore.click with your full name, program name, enrolment date, and reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility within two business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Rescheduling

Workshop students may reschedule to a future cohort once at no charge if the request is made more than 14 days before the original start date. A second rescheduling request incurs a 500,000 VND administrative fee.

Work already started

If you withdraw after a multi-day program has begun, no refund is available for days already attended. If extenuating circumstances apply (medical emergency with documentation), contact us to discuss partial credit toward a future cohort.

Exceptions

We consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Documented medical emergencies or visa denial (for international students travelling to Vietnam) may qualify for partial credit even outside standard windows.
